Restricted & Regulated Items Policy

This Policy sets out exactly what can never be invoiced through Biflus, and what can be invoiced only under strict conditions. It applies to every account, in every industry, in every country. Violating it is a violation of our Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

Biflus is a general-purpose invoicing platform. We don't vet or approve individual businesses before they sign up, and we are not a retailer, distributor, pharmacy, or seller of record for anything invoiced through the Service. That means the legal responsibility for what you sell — including any licensing, age-verification, safety, and labeling obligations — sits entirely with you. This Policy exists to make that boundary explicit, and to draw a hard line around the small number of categories we do not allow at all.

2. Absolutely Prohibited — Zero Tolerance

The following may never be described, catalogued, invoiced, or otherwise processed through Biflus, under any circumstances, in any jurisdiction, regardless of local legality:

Hard-blocked categories

Illegal drugs and controlled substances — including drug paraphernalia marketed for illegal use.
Weapons — firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapon parts, and conversion kits.
Sexual content and services — pornography, sexually explicit material, escort or adult entertainment services of any kind.
Any content involving minors — in any context, without exception. This is reported to the relevant authorities immediately and always results in a permanent ban.
Human trafficking or forced labor, in any form.
Stolen goods, or goods explicitly marketed as untraceable / "no questions asked."
Counterfeit or pirated goods — replica branded items, pirated software, media, or license keys.
Hacking, malware, or stolen-data services — including stolen credentials, DDoS-for-hire, and similar.
Money laundering, or invoicing with no real underlying goods or services.
Any other good, service, or activity that is illegal under the law of the jurisdiction in which you or your client operate.

Violations result in immediate, permanent account termination — no warning, no review period. Your data is retained for 30 days for legal/audit purposes and then permanently deleted. Where required by law, we report the activity to the relevant authorities.

3. Regulated — Permitted Only With Conditions

The categories below are not blocked. Businesses operating legitimately in these industries are welcome on Biflus. But because these goods carry real safety, health, and legal risk, you take on heightened responsibility the moment you invoice them.

3.1 Alcohol & Beer

You represent that you hold every license and permit required to sell, distribute, or serve alcohol in every jurisdiction where you operate and where your clients are located; that you have systems in place to verify the legal drinking age of any purchaser before a sale is completed; and that your invoices, labeling, and marketing comply with all applicable alcohol-advertising and packaging law.

3.2 Tobacco & Nicotine Products

Includes cigarettes, cigars, loose tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping products, and nicotine pouches. You represent that you hold every required license and registration, that you verify the legal purchase age before completing a sale, and that you comply with all packaging, health-warning, and advertising restrictions in every jurisdiction where you operate.

3.3 Pharmaceuticals, Pharmacy Goods & Medical Devices

You represent that you are a licensed pharmacy, healthcare provider, or otherwise legally authorized entity in every jurisdiction where you dispense or sell these goods; that prescription items are only ever invoiced against a valid prescription where required by law; and that you carry appropriate professional liability coverage. Biflus is not a pharmacy, is not a healthcare provider, and holds no responsibility for dosage, prescribing, adverse reactions, or product safety — that responsibility is entirely yours.

3.4 Food & Beverage (Perishable / Edible Goods)

You represent that you comply with all applicable food-safety, hygiene, allergen-labeling, and health-inspection requirements in every jurisdiction where you prepare, sell, or deliver food or beverages, and that you hold any food-handling licenses or certifications required by local law.

4. Your Obligations for Regulated Categories

If you invoice anything in Section 3, in addition to the representations above, you agree that:

You will provide proof of any relevant license, permit, or registration to us on request, within a reasonable time.
You are solely responsible for product safety, recalls, adverse events, and any harm arising from the goods or services you sell — Biflus has no visibility into and no control over the actual transaction between you and your client.
Biflus acts only as a neutral invoicing and record-keeping tool for these categories. We are not a retailer, distributor, pharmacy, or seller of record, and nothing in the Service constitutes an endorsement or approval of your business.
If you cannot provide proof of compliance when requested, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe you are not compliant, your account may be suspended pending review, or terminated.
You indemnify Biflus and Invigma Technologies for any claim arising from your sale of these goods, as set out in Section 9 of our Terms of Service.

5. How Enforcement Works

Every client, item, and invoice created on Biflus is reviewed — using a combination of automated content analysis and human judgment — against this Policy. This happens automatically and continuously; you don't need to request a review.

Clear. No action, no notification. This is the outcome for the overwhelming majority of normal business activity.
Under review. Used for ambiguous or lower-confidence signals, and typically for regulated categories where we can't yet confirm compliance. Your account stays accessible — you can still view your invoices, clients, and data — but sending new invoices and receiving payments is paused until it's resolved. You'll receive an email explaining the reason and the relevant Terms section.
Banned. Reserved for confident matches to Section 2's hard-blocked categories, or repeated/severe violations. Your account is permanently locked, and data is retained for 30 days for legal/audit purposes before deletion.

If you believe an action was taken in error, reply to the notification email with any supporting information (such as proof of licensing for a regulated category) and we'll review it manually.

6. Reporting a Violation

If you believe another account is violating this Policy, contact ziad7ussein@gmail.com with as much detail as you can provide. Reports involving content described in Section 2 are prioritized.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as regulations change or new categories need to be addressed. Material changes will be communicated the same way as changes to our Terms of Service. Continued use of Biflus after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
