By creating an account or using Biflus ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
Biflus is an invoicing and billing tool that allows freelancers and small businesses to create, send, and track invoices, manage clients, and (where enabled) accept online payments through third-party payment processors.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use Biflus. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements, that any business or registration information you provide is accurate, and that you have the authority to bind the business you represent.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately at ziad7ussein@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Biflus offers a Free plan and paid plans. Paid plan pricing, features, and billing cycle are shown in the app at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing & Plans; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Where Biflus enables online payments (via Stripe or similar providers), those payments are processed directly by the third-party provider under their own terms. We are not a party to the transaction between you and your clients, and we don't hold or control those funds.
You retain ownership of the invoices, client data, and business information you enter into Biflus. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
Biflus is a general-purpose invoicing tool used by businesses across many industries. We don't block legitimate regulated trades from using Biflus, but legal compliance for what you sell is always your responsibility, not ours.
Absolutely prohibited. You may never use Biflus to invoice, catalog, or store records for: illegal drugs or controlled substances; firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapon components; pornography, sexually explicit content, or adult/escort services of any kind; any content involving minors, in any context, without exception; stolen or counterfeit goods; human trafficking; hacking, malware, or stolen-data services; money laundering; or any other activity illegal under applicable law. There is zero tolerance for these categories. Violations result in immediate, permanent account termination without warning, and, where required by law, we will report the activity to the relevant authorities.
Regulated categories. Alcohol and beer, tobacco and nicotine products, pharmaceuticals and pharmacy goods, and food and beverage products may be invoiced through Biflus only if you hold every license, permit, and registration required in every jurisdiction where you operate, and you fully comply with all applicable age-verification, health, safety, and labeling laws. Full terms for these categories — including your indemnification obligations — are set out in our Restricted & Regulated Items Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and binds you exactly as if set out here in full.
We use a combination of automated review and human judgment to monitor for violations. An account found in violation may be placed under review, with some features paused, or permanently banned, depending on severity. You'll be notified by email with the reason and the relevant Terms section. See our Restricted & Regulated Items Policy for details on how flagged accounts are handled and how to appeal.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Biflus, Invigma Technologies, and their officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service to invoice, sell, or otherwise deal in any regulated or restricted goods or services, including but not limited to alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, and food products; (b) your breach of these Terms or the Restricted & Regulated Items Policy; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any dispute between you and your clients, including any claim relating to the goods or services you invoiced through the Service. This obligation survives termination of your account.
We aim to keep Biflus available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
To the extent permitted by law, Biflus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes between you and your clients, or claims arising from goods or services you invoiced through the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
